Leon Farrell is a London born and raised and based painter, typically constructing works of classical still-life compositions such as floral arrangements and landscapes using a motion-blurred aesthetic through the use of oil colours and a scraping technique.

His technique infuses a sense of energy, chaos and unpredictability into somewhat traditional motifs, and plays with the concept of nothing ever being static and still, and that life is fleeting, and that every experience is essentially in motion.
