Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Acceptance of an order occurs only when we have confirmed the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including where fraud is suspected or products are unavailable.

6. Artwork

Original artwork is sold subject to availability.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography and individual screen settings.

Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full and the artwork has been collected or delivered.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without the permission of the copyright holder.

7. Workshops and Events

By purchasing an event ticket you agree to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

We reserve the right to:

change instructors, speakers or artists where necessary;
make reasonable changes to event content;
reschedule events;
cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

Where an event is cancelled by The Artist's Cup, customers will be offered a transfer or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

8. Private Hire

Private hire bookings may be subject to additional written terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, branding, logos, graphics, text and design, belongs to The Artist's Cup or the relevant copyright owner.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce or use our intellectual property without written consent.
