Thank you for purchasing from The Artist's Cup. We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Your Order
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During exhibition installations, public holidays or particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
UK Delivery
We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted postal and courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
International Delivery
We are happy to ship internationally where possible.
For larger, fragile or high-value artworks, please contact us before purchasing so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in their country.
Original Artwork
Every artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.
For oversized, framed or particularly delicate pieces, specialist packaging or a dedicated courier may be required. In these cases, the shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate. We will contact you with the final delivery quote before dispatch. If you choose not to proceed, we will provide a full refund.
Estimated delivery times are:
Unframed artwork: up to 7 business days
Framed or large artwork: up to 3 weeks
Where possible, valuable artwork will be shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Prints & Merchandise
Prints, books, gift items and other merchandise are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Where possible, multiple items will be shipped together.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at joey@theartistscup.com, including:
your order number;
photographs of the item;
photographs of the packaging.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

The Artist's Cup cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather or customs processing.
