Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At The Artist's Cup, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. Please read the information below before making a purchase.
Original Artwork
All artwork sales are final.
As each piece of artwork is unique, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a purchase has been completed.
If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you collect artwork from the gallery, please inspect it before leaving, as responsibility passes to the purchaser once the work has been collected.
Where a fault or damage is identified, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Prints & Merchandise
If you change your mind about a merchandise purchase (including prints, books, mugs, tote bags, clothing and other retail items), you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided that:
the item is unused and in its original condition;
it is returned in its original packaging where possible;
proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items.
Event Tickets & Workshops
Tickets for workshops, talks, exhibitions and other events are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend:
More than 7 days before the event: we are happy to transfer your booking to another person or, where possible, move your booking to a future session of the same event.
7 days or fewer before the event: tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
On the day of the event or in the event of a no-show: no refund, transfer or credit will be given.
If The Artist's Cup needs to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either:
a full refund; or
a transfer to the rescheduled event where applicable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at joey@theartistscup.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
